PasteMemo isn't notarized yet, so macOS may block it. On macOS 15/26 the old right-click → Open trick no longer works — allow it one of two ways:

xattr -cr /Applications/PasteMemo.app

Or: System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down → Open Anyway.
